Amazing 40's WWII dance dress constructed of rayon crepe in pastel peach pink.
Pull-over style with a metal placket zipper at left side; bracelet length sleeves with small shoulder pads; 2 darts at back of wrists; 3 cascading pin tucks at left hip with cascading fringe below; belt loops at each side but original belt is missing.
Museum acquisition label inside at neckline.
Best fits an Extra Small. Garment measurements are taken flat, doubled as necessary.

Very good condition. There are two small mends to the right shoulder; a bald spot on the left sleeve near hem but not really noticeable (it's not a hole). Some loose tacking stitches inside the dress. Light fade and staining; general soiling. This dress has not been cleaned.
