Best fits an XSmall. Measurements are taken flat, doubled as necessary. This dress does have a bit of give/stretch and I've included those maximum dimensions. These are garment measurements and you need to allow room for movement.

Excellent condition overall with minimal wear. Some loose threads at smocking along collar; very light water stain to front and back of gown at bottom hem; these may resolve with a professional cleaning.
