Wear it tilted or straight on - This chic, early 1950s hat is constructed of brown velvet with a creme lace overlay.
Creme lace overlay is a fine yarn with a silver metallic fiber and is very delicate.
Embellished with a sprig of horsehair wrapped with same velvet is secured to top of hat.
The hat rests on the head and secures with (3) velvet covered metal wire triangular prongs.
