Vintage 1950s black kepi hat with a turned brim and a plaid ribbon from Martha Gene.
Constructed of black straw with a red/blue/yellow/green/white plaid taffeta ribbon.
Pardon the glare in the last (3) photos - the hat is not faded though the photos make it look so.
