Gorgeous, 1920s flapper dress of blue silk dress with pleated, cascading ruffles and honeycomb smocking.
Bodice has an attached lining: slate blue, almost a stone-washed blue, Schifli lace down the front bodice, wraps around the shoulders across the back of neck; pin tucks at back of neck, under lace.
Long sleeves have pairs of snaps at wrists.
The skirt has honeycomb smocking at the drop waist with pleated ruffles in three gathered layers over the dress body, cascading down from the left leg.
No closures; slips over head and shoulders.
Intended to be worn loose, this best fits a Medium. Measurements are taken flat, doubled as necessary. These are garment measurements and you need to allow room for movement.

Amazing condition - a tiny pinhole at the back of neck and a few in the folds at the front; some mends to the lace; minor stains and possibly minor, light fade. This has not been cleaned.
