Outstanding and utterly amazing, 1920s colorful beaded swag purse with enamel frame from France!
Faceted glass beads in rich red, cobalt blue, green, yellow and root beer; beaded on a dark blue, crochet ground.
Brass tone frame with enamel in like colors; embossed, double chain handle with raised details.
Frame is stamped: MADE IN FRANCE
Purse measures 8" long.
Chain drop measures 8".
Frame measures 15" across.
Amazing condition/Museum quality. I do not see any bead loss whatsoever. Wear to enamel with loss/damage; brass finish has worn from frame; stress with small tears to silk lining.
