Authentic, 1920s silk dress with matching jacket, very sheer and light as air.
Constructed of silk chiffon, the dress skirt and matching jacket are navy blue; the bodice is silk chiffon in an American Indian print in red, white and blue.
Classic 20s styling with a dropped waist; attached self-fabric belt with snaps at one side; skirt is pleated for fullness; dress is sleeveless with a self-bow at V-neck; jacket has a small lapel collar.
Both pieces are unlined.
Dress is a slip-over style with no closures, so you must allow room for slipping on over head and shoulders. Jacket has no closures.
Dress and jacket have museum accession labels: 34A and 34B, respectively.
Intended to be worn loosely, this dress is recommended for a size Small. Measurements are taken flat, doubled as necessary. These are garment measurements and you need to allow room for body movement.

Condition is excellent. You will need a slip as this dress is very sheer. Both pieces have a couple of pin holes; dress has minor discoloration to underarms; jacket has repairs to both armscyes. This has not been cleaned.
